Chad Valley

Chad Valley is the electronic project of Hugo Manuel from Oxford, United Kingdom. He is connected with the Oxford collective Jonquil and Blessing Force, alongside Fixers, and his work shares a loose affinity with music that draws on 1960s pop and reworks it in a modern electronic style.

As a solo project, Chad Valley has a more focused approach than a larger band setup, with the material presented as a single idea extended across four tracks on the self-titled debut EP. The result is described in terms of a continuous, immersive sound rather than a collection of separate stylistic parts.
