Cesco is a drum and bass and breaks producer from Italy, also associated with the UK scene and with Sottotono. He works across several related styles, including dubstep, dnb and UK garage, and is known for a multi-genre approach.

Career

Cesco performs and produces under the Cesco name, pronounced “Chesco”. He releases music on labels including 1985 Music and Pineapple Records. His work is described as making use of minimalist ideas under this alias, and he has said he plans to develop a separate secret alias for four-to-the-floor material drawing on NUKG, UK funky, bass house and tech house.

In 2022 he performs across the UK, including a set at Alix Perez’s XOYO residency, and releases EPs on 1985 Music and Pineapple Records.
