Centre Excuse
Centre Excuse are a three-piece electronic rock group from the United Kingdom, based in East Midlands England and associated with Rutland. The band’s line-up consists of Teddy Lewis on lead vocals, synthesizers, programming and guitar, Jamie Rush on vocals, guitar and bass, and Alex Rush on drums.
Their sound combines danceable rhythms, layered synthesizers, guitars and catchy lyrics, with influences drawn from 1980s new wave and 1990s pop punk. The group performs as a live band and is identified with an emerging UK underground electronic scene.
