Catch

Catch is a name used by more than one act. One is a Danish euro-dance group with members Tine Bjerggaard, Peter Buch and Maria Stumbeck. Their first single, “Walk On Water”, is released in 2002 and reaches number one in Denmark. Later the same year they issue “Keep On (Singing La La)”. An album is planned and recorded, but it is never released.

The name also refers to a British three-piece band associated with late Britpop. This group includes Toby Slater, Wayne Murray and Ben Etchells. Its hits include “Bingo”, “Dive In” and “Bitten By You”. Slater later becomes a member of Kunta Kinte, while Murray and Etchells go on to form Thirteen:13.
