Casualties of Cool is a Canadian duo formed by Devin Townsend and Ché Aimee Dorval. The project brings together ambient, blues rock, country and country rock elements, and most of the lead vocals are sung by Dorval.

The pair are associated with Devin Townsend Project’s Ki album, where Dorval also appears. Casualties of Cool is described by Townsend as a sparse and isolated-sounding project, drawing on country music with a darker, late-night atmosphere.
