Carnation

Carnation is a Swiss pop and rock group from Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, active since 1997. The band works in rock ’n’ roll and draws on popular music from the 1960s, combined with the attitude and energy of 1970s rock.

Its album waxy's little sister is recorded in Sweden by Fredrik Kronbäck and Martin Sventorp.

The name also appears for several other acts, including an old school death metal band from Belgium, a Japanese rock ’n’ roll band, and a shoegaze/indie rock band from Melbourne, Australia.
