Carl Eaton

Carl Eaton is a singer-songwriter from Teesside in the UK. He starts his musical career on drums before moving into lyric writing, then develops further as a guitarist and also learns synthesizers and bass guitar. He writes and performs his own material on guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, harmonica and percussion, and has a catalogue of more than 100 songs.

Songwriting and recordings

His work includes albums and EPs, which receive strong reviews. His style draws comparisons with Elvis Costello, Neil Finn and Glenn Tilbrook. In 2011 he signs to the independent label E-tone Records.

Live activity

Eaton performs regularly in and around Teesside and also plays in London. He supports Tom Hingley of Inspiral Carpets and James Grant of Love And Money. He also appears several times at Middlesbrough Music Live Festival and the Stockton Riverside Festival.
