Calls Landing is a Leeds-based pop punk and emo group active since 2011. The band is a five-piece and includes José Armitage on vocals, Jonny Straughan on guitar and vocals, Cameron Hurley on bass and vocals, Jordan Rio Hill on guitar, and Charlie Thomas on drums.

The group’s sound combines pop punk and emo influences, with The Story So Far, Brand New and The Wonder Years among the bands it cites as touchpoints. Its live shows are described as energetic and driven by a strong sense of pace and intensity.

Alongside music, the band notes an interest in table tennis and Finland’s spring water.
