Buzzard

Buzzard is a heavy rock band from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. The group is active from 2009 to the present and is identified with metal, sludge metal, space rock and stoner rock.

Style and background

The band works in a heavy, low-tuned style that overlaps with stoner rock and related metal forms. It also has a psychedelic edge, and its music is described in terms of tone, song writing and a refusal to conform to a fixed approach.

Buzzard releases the Buzzard EP in 2013 through an independent label. The EP contains six tracks: “Red Sky / Yappin’,” “Terrible Lizard,” “100 Miles hr,” “Cosmic Traveller,” “Nordic,” and “Moving A Mountain.”
