Bury Tomorrow
Bury Tomorrow is a British melodic metalcore band from Southampton, England, formed in 2006. The group is active and is associated with metalcore and melodic metalcore. It is signed to Dea†h Records.
Line-up
The band’s members are Jason Cameron, Ed Hartwell, Kristan Dawson, Adam Jackson, Tom Prendergast, Davyd Winter-Bates and Daniel Winter-Bates. Daniel Winter-Bates performs as lead vocalist, Jason Cameron plays rhythm guitar and also sings, Davyd Winter-Bates plays bass, Adam Jackson plays drums, and Kristan Dawson is the lead guitarist. Dawson joins after replacing founding guitarist Mehdi Vismara in 2013. Davyd and Daniel Winter-Bates are brothers.
Releases and early history
After forming in 2006, Bury Tomorrow releases the extended play The Sleep of the Innocents. The band then releases its debut album Portraits through Basick Records in Britain in 2009. The album later appears in Japan and the United States through Artery Recordings in 2010. The group releases two EPs and four full-length albums in total.
Later activity
Bury Tomorrow tours widely across the United States, Europe and Japan during 2010. In 2011 it releases the single “Lionheart” from its second album, with a music video following shortly afterwards. Another single, “Royal Blood,” also receives a video directed by Thomas Welsh. The band supports While She Sleeps in October and then headlines a UK tour in December. It also appears at Southampton’s Takedown Festival, supports Of Mice & Men, and plays at Hit The Deck Festival, Greenfield Festival and Ghostfest.
Earthbound
The band’s most recent album is Earthbound, released through Nuclear Blast Records in January 2016.
