Bryson Tiller is an American singer-songwriter and rapper from Louisville, United States. His work sits in alternative R&B, contemporary R&B, trap and trap soul, and he describes his style as “trap soul”.

Career

Tiller gains early attention after Timbaland and Drake show support for his music. He shares songs through SoundCloud, including “Don’t”, “Break Bread”, “Let ’Em Know” and “Sorry Not Sorry”. “Don’t”, a sparse ballad, later receives an official release.

He also appears as a featured artist on Kam Wil’s “I Want You” and Tyrant’s “Lime Light”. Although there is speculation about a link with Drake’s OVO Sound, he signs with RCA Records. His debut album, T R A P S O U L, is released in 2015.
