Brutality Will Prevail
Brutality Will Prevail is a UK hardcore band from South Wales, formed in 2005. The group works in the metalcore and sludge metal area, and is also associated with beatdown hardcore, beatdown, sludge and UK hardcore.
Releases
The band self-funds and largely self-releases much of its work. Its early releases include the full-length albums Forgotten Soul and The Root Of All Evil, both from 2009 and 2010 respectively, as well as the 2011 EP Sleep Paralysis. Later releases listed for the band include Scatter The Ashes and Suspension of Consciousness.
Career and line-up
Brutality Will Prevail builds a reputation through extensive underground touring and a do-it-yourself approach, developing a dedicated following in the UK and mainland Europe and appearing high on festival bills outside the mainstream. At one point, vocalist Ajay Jones leaves the band and Louis Gauthier of Breaking Point takes over vocal duties. The group is a quintet.
