Brandon Lee

Brandon Lee is associated with Chronic Future and Miniature Tigers, and is noted as a singer and guitarist in Chronic Future. He is also linked to Modern Art Records.

He is best known as the actor who dies during the filming of The Crow, where he plays Eric Draven, a murdered rock musician who returns to seek revenge. The film’s soundtrack becomes a chart-topping album and includes material by The Cure, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Nine Inch Nails, Rage Against the Machine, Stone Temple Pilots and Pantera.

The film also has a separate score, made up largely of orchestral music with some electronic and guitar elements, composed by Graeme Revell. Medicine and My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult also appear briefly in the film, performing on stage in Top Dollar’s headquarters. Later entries in the film series have soundtracks that are less successful, although they still feature well-known artists such as Iggy Pop, PJ Harvey, the Deftones and Hole.
