Bootscraper
Bootscraper is a folk punk and punk group from Leeds, United Kingdom. Formed in 2008, the seven-piece band builds its sound around a mix of acoustic and aggressive styles, and is known for combining strong musicianship with energetic live performance.

The group forms in Leeds in the summer of 2008. Its music draws on a wide range of influences, including country, Balkan music, punk, sea shanties, rockabilly, bluegrass, folk, gypsy music and blues. Releases
Bootscraper signs to Manchester punk label TNS Records for its first album, Country & Eastern. The album helps establish the band beyond its local scene and draws attention for its varied musical approach. The group later releases a self-titled second album.
