Solo career
Boniface is best known for the single “Cheeky”, which reaches number 25 on the UK Singles Chart and becomes a Top 40 hit. He tours with Destiny’s Child in the UK and across Europe in 2002 and 2003, and signs to Virgin Records in 2006.

The name Boniface is also used by a Manitoba indie band fronted by Michelle II Visser, which takes its name from the Winnipeg neighbourhood where she grows up. That project releases the singles “I Will Not Return As A Tourist”, “Fumbling”, “Dear Megan”, “Ghosts”, “Wake Me Back Up” and “Keeping Up”.
It is also the name of a black metal duo from North Dakota made up of Dagoth and Dionysus, who release EPs in 2012 and 2013.
