Body Hammer is an electronic grindcore band originally from Orono, Maine, and later based in Oakland, California. The group’s first album, Jigoku, comes out in 2009. Its follow-up, II: The Mechanism of Night, arrives in 2014 and is issued through The Path Less Traveled Records, with a cassette release on At War With False Noise also planned. The band is associated with grindcore, noise, cybergrind, metal and ambient.
