Bludvera

Bludvera is a thrash metal group from Liverpool, active between 2008 and 2014. The band is formed in winter 2008 and is described as a five-piece New School Thrash Metal act. Its sound draws on both Bay Area thrash and Teutonic thrash, with fast guitars and powerful vocals.

Line-up

The group’s members include Scott on vocals, Patto on guitar, Lui on bass and Baz on drums. The line-up also includes a number of former members: Mike on guitar, Kris on drums, Terry on guitar and Joey on guitar.

Releases

Bludvera releases a self-titled demo in 2010, followed by the EP Terrorform in 2012.

Style and influences

The band’s style is linked to thrash metal traditions from both sides of the Atlantic, combining speed and aggression with vocals compared to those of Kreator and Slayer. The group presents itself as part of the UK metal scene and as part of a broader thrash metal lineage.
