Blind Fate is a United Kingdom progressive metal group from East London, England. It is a three-piece instrumental act that works in an atmospheric style, combining technical metal, post-rock and electronic elements.

Style and sound

The group draws on the technical approach associated with bands such as Dream Theater and Threshold, alongside the minimal and delicate qualities of post-rock acts such as Isis and Bossk. It also incorporates electronic material with a more techno-influenced feel.

Blind Fate uses layered arrangements with a large number of tracks to create a dense, expansive sound. Its music features guitar, drum, bass and synthesiser parts built into ethereal, hypnotic verses and large symphonic choruses with strong post-rock influence.
