Black Gandhi
Black Gandhi is a reggae group from Barcelona, active since 2006. The project brings together six artists and combines Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy with black music traditions. It focuses on live performance and plays a repertoire of original songs.

The group’s sound draws on reggae, soul, funk and related styles, with influences named as Toots and the Maytals, The Wailers, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Jimi Hendrix, Sting and Richard Bona. Its performances are described as a live experience built around creativity, energy and original material.
