Black Cards

Black Cards is a Los Angeles group active from 2010 to 2012. The line-up includes Bebe Rexha on lead vocals, Pete Wentz, Nate Patterson and Spencer Peterson. Wentz, best known from Fall Out Boy, starts the project as a side venture.

The group’s other members bring experience from several other bands: Nate Patterson plays with The Receiving End of Sirens and previously appears in The Dear Hunter, while Spencer Peterson plays with Hidden In Plain View and previously appears in Saves The Day.

Bebe Rexha joins after Wentz hears her recording in another project while he is working on material nearby. Black Cards releases two demos, “Club Called Heaven” and “Dirty Little Fingerprints”, the latter first appearing under the title “Beating In My Chest”.

The group’s debut album is produced by Sam Hollander. The band also tours in Europe during its active period.
