Black Aces

Black Aces are an Australian hard rock band from Bendigo. They form in 2007 and remain active.

The group begins as a trio playing local pubs in Bendigo, with a sound aimed at straightforward, no-frills rock. The early lineup includes Petey Lace on drums, Tyler “T-Bone” Kinder, and Josh “Husky” Hudson. After playing together for a period, they look for a singer and add Joel Hoskin to the group. Following several early gigs around Bendigo pubs, they record material at Soul Studios with Rod Bradbury.

Later in their career, Black Aces line up with Tyler Kinder on lead vocals and lead guitar, Brett Tyrrell on rhythm guitar, Alex McMillan on bass, and Pete McMillan on drums. They release the single “Too Young” through Off Your Rocka Recordings.
