Ben Khan, also known as Benedict Khan, is an English musician based in London. He makes dark electronic music that draws on neo-soul and R&B, and he is signed to Blessed Vice.

Style and influences

Khan’s main instrument is guitar rather than the more typical electronic setup. He describes developing his blues-based playing through listening to older artists such as B.B. King and Fleetwood Mac, alongside Nirvana. He later turns to hip-hop influences including J Dilla, Earl Sweatshirt, Pusha T and Danny Brown, and begins making beats on an MPC before putting them online. He also says that friends rap over some of those beats.
