Beks

Beks is a German producer, singer and rapper who works in pop and rap, with a sound that also sits within Deutscher Hip Hop. Her debut EP, Hard Gloss, combines emotional storytelling with club-focused production, using glossy synths, punchy rhythms and direct lyrics.

Releases

Hard Gloss includes the tracks “I Knew A Girl”, “Melodrama” and “Butter”. The EP is produced with PALMR and mixed by Tim Rowkins, whose credits include work with Rina Sawayama and Lady Gaga. Beks’ single “Who You Kidding” continues the same electro-pop direction, with an emphasis on empowerment and sleek, high-energy production.

Performances and collaborations

Beks tours in Europe and performs live at venues and festivals including Camden Assembly and Mighty Hoopla in London. She also tours with Canadian pop artist Madelline. In addition, she supports Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Princess Superstar, and works with Brandi Glanville on the single “Remedy”.
