Beach Vacation

Beach Vacation is an indie pop group from Oak Harbor, Washington. The band forms after a high school talent show, when the members decide to start playing together as a band.

The group is heavily influenced by Wild Nothing, Beach Fossils, Craft Spells, The Radio Dept., and a wide range of Swedish pop acts. It signs to Dufflecoat Records within weeks of forming, after making its first two songs, “Stay A While” and “Washington Weather”.

Its debut EP, Maritime, is released in 2013. The band consists of Tabor Rupp, Justyn Newman, John Deavilla, and Tyler Burnett.
