bbno$ is Alexander Leon Gumuchian, a Canadian rapper, singer and songwriter from Vancouver, British Columbia. He is active in alternative hip hop and related styles including bass house, bassline, cloud rap, contemporary R&B and dance. His stage name is pronounced “baby no money”.

Career

bbno$ starts making music in 2014. In 2017, he releases his debut EP, Baby Gravy EP, as a collaboration with Yung Gravy. The two become frequent collaborators and go on to release multiple albums together. In 2018, he issues his solo debut album, bb steps.

Notable work

He is best known for his 2018 collaboration with Y2K, “Lalala”, which gains major attention and passes 1 billion streams. His later releases include a self-titled seventh studio album, bbno$, which includes several singles from that year and the track “1-800” with Ironmouse.

Other projects and aliases

His collaborative work with Yung Gravy continues under the name BABY GRAVY.
