Formed in Leeds (UK) in 2012 and described as making a new brand of "swerve-pop" by Noisey, Battle Lines self released Hearts / The Walls on limited 7" in 2013.
The band have been played on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6Music and KROQ amongst others. In 2013 the band toured with Coheed and Cambria, Arcane Roots, On An On, Vuvuvultures, John Wizards, Fun Adults, Jaws, Sykur, Bosnian Rainbows as well as fellow Leeds stalwarts Post War Glamour Girls and The Witch Hunt.
The band will be appearing at SXSW (Austin, Texas) in March 2014.
