Battalion

Battalion is a Swiss thrash metal band from Zurich, active from 2001 to 2016. The band is also associated with heavy metal, death metal, old school thrash metal and old school death metal.

The group is an old school heavy/thrash metal act from Switzerland. It records four releases:

The Fight for Metal in 2006, Underdogs in 2010, Set the phantom afire in 2012, and Generation Movement in 2015.

As a Swiss thrash metal band, Battalion sits within the country’s underground metal scene and uses a traditional thrash style with heavy metal influences.
