Barbarix is a UK electronic music artist associated with drum and bass and electronic music, and works under the alias Barbarix as part of Fourth Order. Steven begins making happy hardcore at the age of eighteen and then DJs across the Midlands. After hearing Mary Anne Hobbs on BBC Radio 1 and the music she supports, he changes approach and begins producing his own version of dubstep, IDM, ambient and sci-fi glitch.
