Bad Touch

Bad Touch is a hard rock band from Dereham, Norfolk, forming in 2009. The group plays hard rock, classic rock, blues rock and heavy rock, and performs locally and nationally.

Line-up

The band consists of lead vocalist Stevie Westwood, lead guitarist Rob Glendinning, guitarist Daniel ‘Seeks’ Seekings, bassist Michael Bailey and drummer George Drewry.

Recordings and releases

Bad Touch begins recording at Leeders Farm in 2011 with producer Nick Brine. Those sessions result in the limited edition EP Born to Please, which is pressed in 1,000 copies. A second four-track EP is recorded at The Mill Studios in May 2012. The band later works with The Animal Farm on three singles, starting with Set the night on fire in March 2013, followed by Too Late and Mirror Man. Their tracks spend a combined total of 15 weeks at number one in the UK Unsigned Chart during late 2012 and 2013.

Live activity and recognition

The band builds a following through live performance and wins the Exposure Music Award 2012 for Best Live Act. Their appearances include the O2 Academy Islington, Hard Rock Hell 2012, The Underworld, the 100 Club, Gig in the Park and the Cambridge Rock Festival.

Later material

The band unveils a video for the single Spend My Days, which comes from the studio album Bittersweet Satisfaction, released via Marshall Records.
