Baconhead

Baconhead is an electronic group from England made up of Ebola and Autobee. The duo make bass-heavy beats that draw on dubstep, IDM and experimental electronic music, while also taking influence from hip hop, sludge and stoner rock, and videogames. Their sound is described as carefully produced, with a strong emphasis on funk and low end.

Releases

The group releases its debut EP, Soap EP, on Acroplane Recordings in 2010. That release helps establish an online following and leads into a run of later work that includes remixes, the cassette-only beat tape or album Turbo Loaded, and the Astro Sludge EP. Baconhead also works with Eat Concrete on a series of releases that includes the Hawaii EP.
