Aztec Doll
Aztec Doll is an alternative and post-punk group formed in Barnsley, England in 2012. The band works in a dark, atmospheric style with gothic and post-punk elements, and is associated with influences including The Cure, The Chameleons and Siouxsie & The Banshees.
The group is described as occupying a goth-infused post-punk niche, with a sound that is dark but still inviting. It is also characterised by comparisons such as “Siouxsie plays Soft Cell” and “lyrical lonerism”, which point to its moody, synth-tinged and introspective approach.

Aztec Doll releases four EPs. Endlessly appears on Of National Importance Records in 2013, followed by Bowdlerize in 2014. The third EP, Old Veneer, appears in 2016, and the fourth, a self-titled EP, also appears in 2016.
