Axel Krygier

Axel Krygier is a musician and composer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Born in 1969, he works across composition and performance and is based in a musical practice that combines elements from several traditions rather than fitting a single genre label. His work is associated with jazz, but it also draws on cumbia, tango, Klezmer, Balkan and other European folk forms, alongside groove, dub, psychedelia and twist.

Style and musical approach
