AWE

AWE is a Greek black metal group active since 2007. The members remain anonymous, and there are rumours that they have backgrounds in the older Greek black metal scene, with time spent in other notable bands.

The group releases two albums in 2015. One is a split with Vacantfield and End, titled Moerae; the other is the debut full-length Providentia, which is described as having been in preparation for a decade.

Themes associated with the project include metaphysics, philosophy and occultism.
