Avatar
Avatar are a Swedish metal band from Gothenburg, formed in 2001 under the name Lost Soul by drummer John Alfredsson and vocalist Christian Rimmi. The group later changes line-up and becomes known as Avatar. It remains active from 2001 to the present.
Line-up
The band consists of John Alfredsson on drums, Johannes Eckerström on vocals, Tim Öhrström on guitar, Jonas Jarlsby on guitar, Henrik Sandelin on bass and Simon Andersson.
Style
Avatar are associated with melodic death metal, as well as alternative metal, avant-garde metal, death metal, groove metal and industrial metal.
