Autumn Diet Plans is a four-piece group active since 2015. The band plays a grunge-influenced style that combines shouted vocals with noisy, hazy guitar textures, and it is associated with screamo, shoegaze and emo.
The lineup is Lew on guitar and vocals, Reece on lead guitar, Matt on bass and Joni on drums.
