Ashley Wallbridge

Ashley Wallbridge is a UK trance DJ and producer. He begins his career early as a club DJ and gains attention in the UK dance scene while still very young, including by winning over-18 DJ competitions and appearing on Radio 1 at the age of 16 alongside Fergie and Dave Pierce. He also plays at Newcastle superclub IKON to an audience of more than 2,500 people.

DJ work and early profile

Wallbridge builds his reputation first through DJ performance rather than production. His early profile is marked by competition wins, radio exposure and club bookings, and he is described as receiving guidance from James Davis and Marty Leama during this period.

Production and releases

In 2007 he moves further into production, with his first signing to Lyon Echo in New York City. In the same period he also signs three tracks to the UK label Currupt Music, in conjunction with Born to Dance. He is presented as a young UK DJ and producer making an early mark in the genre.

Collaborations

In 2019 he releases Kingdom United, a trance album made with Gareth Emery.
