Asad Rizvi is a UK DJ and producer whose career begins in 1994, when he starts out in West London pirate radio studios. By the end of the 1990s, he is playing widely across Europe, North and South America, Asia and beyond, performing at hundreds of venues in five continents and at clubs including Fabric in London, Pacha in Buenos Aires, Stereo in Montreal, Crystal in Istanbul and The End in London.

His name is associated with house and tech house, and his work draws support from DJs and selectors including Danny Tenaglia, DJ Heather, Terry Francis, Tom Middleton, Adam Freeland, Gilles Peterson, Fred Everything, Danny Howells, Desyn Massiello, Mr. C, Rennie Pilgrem and Joshua Iz. He also receives recognition in music press, including being described as a “new school hero” in 1998, a “Producer for 2000” and a “DJ for 2000”, and later earning a “Best Compilation of 2003” mention.

As a remixer, he works on material by Kurtis Blow, The Fog, Blaze, Mr. C and Swag, among others. His output includes three mix CDs and many compilation licences, and his schedule includes residencies in Los Angeles and Bulgaria.
