Arctic Moon
Arctic Moon is a Polish electronic music producer and DJ, born in 1988, working in trance and related EDM styles. His productions focus on euphoric and uplifting trance, and he also draws on elements of classical music, new age, chill out and rock. He begins making music in childhood, spends three years learning production step by step, and in 2007 settles on trance as his main direction.
Career and releases
He is associated with labels including Armada Music and Aly & Fila’s Future Sound of Egypt Recordings. On FSOE he releases the singles “True Romance” and “Adelaide”, both of which top download charts and receive strong radio play and DJ support. His name also appears on other remix work for labels such as Blue Soho and Arisa Audio.
Remixes and support
Arctic Moon remixes tracks for Armin van Buuren, Aly & Fila, Dash Berlin and Vast Vision. His remix of Armin van Buuren’s “Coming Home” features on the remix version of Van Buuren’s album, and he also remixes “It Will Be OK” by Aly & Fila featuring Catherine Crowe, “Till the Sky Falls Down” by Dash Berlin, and “Ambrosia” by Vast Vision. His productions and remixes receive support from artists including Aly & Fila, Bryan Kearney, Roger Shah, Dash Berlin, Paul Oakenfold and Armin van Buuren.
Recognition and performances
He places at number 177 in the 2011 DJ Mag Poll. Armin van Buuren includes four Arctic Moon productions and remixes in A State of Trance Year Mix 2011: “Adelaide”, his remix of “Coming Home”, his remix of “Only For You” by Ahmed Romel, his remix of Matt Bukovski’s “Delight”, and his remix of “It Will Be Ok” by Aly & Fila featuring Catherine Crowe.
Touring and radio
He performs in Poland and internationally, with appearances in Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Singapore, Italy and Egypt, and later debuts in Slovakia and Argentina. He also presents the radio show Arctic Moon presents AFTERWORLD every fourth Monday of the month.
