Anthea Neads is a singer-songwriter who writes and performs on piano and guitar. Her music ranges across gentle folk, quirky alternative, laid-back material and jazz-influenced songs. She sings and writes original songs, and her influences are varied.

She also collaborates with other musicians and sometimes performs with musical friends. At the time described here, she is recording her debut album, which includes contributions from several of those collaborators.

She has been singing for as long as she can remember, has been songwriting for around 15 years and has been gigging for a couple of years.
