Annie Dressner is an American singer-songwriter from New York City, based in the United Kingdom. She writes and performs in folk and alternative styles, with lyrics noted for being inventive and distinctive.

Career

After moving to the UK, Dressner releases her debut album, Strangers Who Knew Each Other's Names, followed by the EP East Twenties. She later self-releases a series of albums.

Dressner also records as David Ford & Annie Dressner. She is one half of The Pollyanna Band, alongside Polly Paulusma.
