Andy Starr is the performance name of Franklin Delano Gulledge, a rock and rockabilly musician from Arkansas, United States. Born in 1932 and dying in 2003, he records under the name Andy Starr and also uses Frank Starr on some releases.

Career

He records rockabilly material and is described as one of the more notable artists influenced by Elvis Presley. His recording career is affected by poor song choices and other difficulties, and he does not chart.

He records for Holiday Inn Records as Frank Starr, performs in Alaska under that name, and also sings gospel music. Outside music, he runs as a long-shot candidate in the 1996 United States presidential election.
