Andrew Rayel is a trance producer and DJ from Moldova. His real name is Andrei Rață, and he begins producing music in 2005, having started at the age of 13. His work sits across progressive trance, uplifting trance and tech trance, and his tracks draw on several trance styles rather than following a single formula.

By the time he is 17, he has already built up several years of production experience and a developing personal sound. His tracks and remixes are played by a number of established DJs and producers, including Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Rank 1, Roger Shah, Bobina, George Acosta, DJ Feel and Angel Ace, both in radio shows and live performances.

Rayel’s sets are described as combining melody and energy, with an unpredictable selection of material. He is known for aiming for variety from track to track and for developing a modern, polished sound in his productions.
