Amy True is a UK rap artist from the United Kingdom and a member of Caxton Press. She starts out singing and rapping in a group at the age of 16 before moving into a solo career. Her solo work includes the mixtape Subject of my Environment.

She performs in hip hop settings as well as with acoustic guitar, and her work is described through her vocal range, lyrical skills and stylistic versatility. She is active in grassroots music outreach and has a stated interest in youth work, music funding and Black history.

Amy True also joins the collective People’s Army, which promotes freedom and expression. She performs across the UK and in Europe.
