Altruism

Altruism is a psychedelic and progressive trance act associated with Brazil. It is Tamara Cruz, who also uses the name dj Thatha, and it is signed to Nano Records. The act is also known as Zerothemaster.

The name also appears in another context as a progressive hardcore and metal band from Cork, Ireland, formed in early 2008. In that lineup, the members are Colm, Gabe, Stef, Vinnie and Eric. The group records and masters its debut EP, Internal Dialogue, in late 2008 and plans a release in early 2009.
