Alma Negra

Alma Negra is a Basel-based electronic group made up of twin brothers Dersu and Diego Figueira, joined by live DJ Miajica. The group releases music on its own Alma Negra label. Its sound draws on electronic music and a wide range of other styles, and the project is rooted in a Swiss setting.

The name also appears in other contexts, including as a separate collective of four Swiss-based artists with links to Cape Verde, Italy, Portugal and Spain, and as the name of other bands in different genres. The Basel electronic group is the act associated with the twin-duo line-up and live DJ configuration.
