Alistair Anderson is an English concertina and Northumbrian pipes player and composer from Wallsend, in the United Kingdom. Born in 1948, he is also known as Ali Anderson.

He is a founder-member of The High Level Ranters and has been an influential figure in the English folk scene. He is regarded as an expert player of the English concertina and releases a series of albums over his career.

He also features in a number of bands and projects, including Alistair Anderson & Northlands, Magic Concertinas, Northern Lights and Syncopace.
