Albin Lee Meldau
Albin Lee Meldau is a Swedish singer and songwriter from Gothenburg, with roots in Masthugget. Born in 1988, he works in soul and folk-influenced music and is known for a deep singing voice.
He releases music in his own name and has put out the EP Lovers. He is also the lead singer of The Magnolia, a band that wins best soul band at the Scandinavian Soul Awards in 2014.
Meldau is born and raised in a musical family. His mother is Annika Irene Blennerhed, who is known as one of the strongest female jazz voices, and that family background is part of his musical identity.
