Alan Davies is a British comedian, writer and actor. He is best known for playing the lead role in the mystery series Jonathan Creek and for being a permanent panelist on the television quiz show QI.

He is also known as a committed Arsenal supporter. He hosts a weekly Arsenal podcast called The Tuesday Club, which was previously titled It’s Up For Grabs Now.
