Akahum

Akahum is a space rock, electronic and psychedelic act made up of David, Zenga and Zoltan. The trio has been playing together for more than seven years and combines trance-like dub elements with an ethnic influence, alongside heavy dance rhythms and layered soundscapes. Their live performances also include original video projections.

Earlier work

Before adopting the Akahum name, the group performs as UNLIMBO and releases six albums, including Prahna Fish, Unlimbits and Nine Lives. Under both names, they play at hundreds of clubs, venues and festivals across Europe and receive positive reviews and radio play in many countries.

Style and audience

Their music appeals to listeners of dub, dance, psytrance and world music, and is described as suited to both festival settings and club dancefloors.
