AEON GODS

AEON GODS is a German group from Lübeck, active since 2022. The band forms after the dissolution of AETERNITAS and brings together Anja Hunzinger and Alex Hunzinger, both from that earlier line-up, as the basis of the project. Its music combines hard rock, power metal and symphonic metal, with a strong emphasis on symphonic power metal, cinematic atmosphere and mythological themes.

Debut album

The band’s debut album, King Of Gods, is set around stories from Babylonian legend. The record presents ancient gods in celestial battles and uses prominent choruses, driving rhythms and ornate instrumentation to create a grand, dramatic sound.

Line-up

Alex “Sol'Ra-tu” Hunzinger handles vocals, while Anja “Su'en -Chel” Hunzinger plays keyboards. The group also includes Nino “En-Atum” Helfrich on guitar, Robert “Abzu'Kean” Altenbach on guitar, and Elias “Iš'Taru” Knorr on drums.
